This promotion is conducted by Sugarfina Australia (ABN: 89 051 714 507) (“Promoter”).

1. Promotion Overview

The Trunk A Week Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a game of chance. One (1) winner will be drawn each week during the Promotion Period, for a total of four (4) winners. Each winner will receive a Sugarfina prize as outlined below.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00AM (WST) on 1 April 2026 to 11:59PM (WST) on 29 April 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 years or over; and
  • Are residents of Australia.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry:

  • Make a purchase via www.sugarfina.com.au during the Promotion Period; and
  • Provide valid contact details, including your email address.

Free Entry (No Purchase Required):

  • Submit your full name, email address and phone number via .

Each eligible purchase or valid submission counts as one (1) entry.

5. Number of Entries

Multiple entries are allowed. You will receive one (1) entry per transaction or free entry submission.

6. Prize

Each weekly winner will receive:

  • Sugarfina Pre-Set Candy Trunk

Value per prize: AUD $229.95 (RRP)
Total prize pool: AUD $919.80 (RRP)

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Draw Dates

There will be four (4) draws:

  • 8 April 2026 at 10:00AM (WST)
  • 15 April 2026 at 10:00AM (WST)
  • 22 April 2026 at 10:00AM (WST)
  • 30 April 2026 at 10:00AM (WST)

Winners will be selected at random.

All entries received up to each draw date will be included. If you don’t win, your entry stays in the draw for the remaining weeks.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

Winners will also be announced using first name and state only on Sugarfina Australia’s website and social media channels.

9. Claiming the Prize

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.

10. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place 14 days after the original draw at 10:00AM (WST).

11. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify entries; and
  • Disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, or not in line with these Terms & Conditions.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues or website interruptions;
  • Lost, late or misdirected entries; or
  • Any loss or damage connected with the Promotion or prize.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used to run this Promotion and handled in line with Sugarfina Australia’s Privacy Policy, available at www.sugarfina.com.au.

14. General

  • This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final.
  • The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if required.

15. Permits

No permit is required for this promotion in Australia.
