1. Risk and title of the goods pass to you on the date and time that payment has been received by Sugarfina Australia.
2. Sugarfina Australia will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however we do not guarantee the dispatch or delivery of Products within the timeframes provided e.g. 1-4 Days Express Delivery & 4-8 Days Standard Delivery. Delivery times are an estimate however stock availability and events outside of our control may cause delays, or in some circumstances prevent your Products from being delivered. *Dispatch and delivery time frames are provided as a guide only.
3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Delivery times will vary according to the delivery service used as well as their time frames and zones.
4. Orders over AUD$150 and up to $500 will attract complimentary delivery if you live within the delivery area of our delivery partner. Orders over AUD$150 outside of those delivery areas will possibly attract a shipping fee. The available service will be used, be it Standard or Express, full rates will be charged to you regardless of the value of the order.
4.1 Large and corporate/custom orders can attract excess delivery charges after your order is placed and confirmed. Upon placing your order on sugarfina.com.au you accept all liability of any potential excess delivery charges and understand you will be required to make payment for any outstanding amounts before dispatch of your order.
5. International orders are currently unavailable please go to sugarfina.com if you reside outside of Australia or New Zealand.
6. Upon delivery you will be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you authorise us to deliver the Products without being required to sign for proof of delivery, we will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged Products once these Products have been delivered.
7. Sugarfina Australia will not be liable to you for any undeliverable orders resulting from the recipient’s address being incomplete, incorrect or unable to be located, or if there is no one home to receive the order and there is no safe place to leave it. We will attempt to have undeliverable items returned to us and try to contact you to arrange alternative delivery (A $25 processing fee is applicable).
7.1 Our products are perishable in nature and as such we are not liable in a decline in quality and condition of any perishable goods. Due to the Australian climate during the months of December through to March we accept no responsibility for damages caused due to heatwaves. We take all precautions necessary to ship your order with the appropriate amount of thermal packaging and all products are checked before dispatch. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure adequate care is taken to avoid temperature fluctuations.
